This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Mactrain Personal Training & Player Development, LLC ("Mactrain," "we," "us"), founded by Nevin McCaskill, collects when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our site or submitting our contact form, you agree to this Policy.

Information you give us — when you submit our contact form or communicate with us: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any message or goals you share.

Information collected when our automated assistant contacts you — if you submit the form, we (or our AI-assisted calling assistant, "Linzey") may call and/or text the number you provided. We may collect the call date, time, duration, and outcome; call recordings and/or transcripts (for quality, accuracy, and record-keeping); and your responses, such as availability, goals, and whether you want a follow-up.

Information collected automatically — our hosting and service providers may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Automated Calls and Text Messages (Your Consent)

When you submit our form, you provide your prior express consent to receive calls and text messages from Mactrain at the phone number you provide, including calls placed by an automated or AI-assisted system and pre-recorded or artificial-voice messages, for the purposes described above.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
You can opt out of calls by telling us during any call or by contacting us at the email or phone below.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who operate our website and lead system, under contract and only as needed — website hosting (Netlify), customer records (Airtable), telephone and SMS delivery (Twilio), our AI-assisted voice assistant (ElevenLabs), workflow automation (n8n), and email delivery (Google) — as well as when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.

6. Call Recording and AI Disclosure

Calls with our automated assistant may be recorded and/or transcribed. Our assistant is an AI-assisted system, not a live person; you may ask to speak with a human and we will follow up.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Minors

Mactrain provides youth and high-school athlete training, so we may collect information about minors. If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the information and provide consent on the minor's behalf, including consent to be contacted. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online without verifiable parental consent. Parents and guardians may contact us to review or delete a minor's information.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, email coach.nevin@mactrainga.com. We will verify your identity and respond as required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Photos, Testimonials, and Client Images

We display client photos, before/after images, testimonials, and athlete achievements only with the individual's (or, for minors, the parent or guardian's) permission via a signed media release. If you appear on our site and want your image removed, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
